Hi James, I saw your post about models edging before photoshoots/ catwalks and wanted to share something similar. I’m a dancer and an hour or so before a performance I edge. I’ve found that it makes me more passionate and engaged with my dancing and it’s become part of my pre-performance routine. (Please excuse my english, it is not my first language) -Sora
