I would also like to add to the many thank you’s for your blog. I have discovered a delightful bonus effect from edging. I struggle with my weight and healthy eating, especially in the areas of portion control and sugar cravings. When I edge, it decreases my appetite and my sugar cravings. This is helping my efforts to loose the weight at a healthy pace (I’m also working with a medically approved weight management program). I love the mild high and the ache.

Hi James! I’m back at it again. I just started a fitness challenge with my family and I wanted to add some extra motivation to it. It is 12 weeks long and I don’t think I could manage that so I was thinking about edging all day and not being allowed to cum untill I completed all my tasks for the day and obviously if I don’t complete the tasks then I don’t cum.
