Not a question, but I was using the wheel of punishment because I slipped over the edge (I ruined it), and i got grinding only for 48 hours. So on the second night before i went to bed I was grinding on my mattress never quite edging but just enough to drive me crazy. Then when I woke up the next morning and went to touch for the first time in two days… my fucking period had started. So now, essentially another week of not being able to touch and I’m soo desperate because of all the grinding.
