The moral of the story is, don’t stick anything in your bottom that doesn’t have a ‘flange’ that will stop it going up. In this case as it was a natural material it didn’t cause a huge problem but if it were something plastic you’d be having a very embarrassing and potentially painful conversation with a doctor.
