Edging really does help with this, not for everyone but it’s a common side-effect, so well done exploring it!
I’ve made a post all about ideas for using edging for healthy weight control and ‘sexercise’. Because the real link between the two is both require self control. So having a distraction from food that actually requires you to be self controlled is a double-win.
