I recently discovered your blog and I’ve been having a hard time just edging because I’ve never done it before, but I’ve been ruining like crazy. I’ve always had multiple orgasms and so I end up doing a couple in a row. Is it normal to be way more sensitive afterwards (to the point where I can’t even get close to the PNR)? With full orgasms I don’t get near as sensitive for as long. I’m not sure if I’m doing the ruins right

Welcome to the party! So, ruins are a bit of a movable feast, and their impact and lasting effect varies a lot. So it just seems that they leave you really sensitive and that’s quite a fun outcome!

A ruin is very simply going over the edge or orgasm and as soon as you do, stopping any stimulation. So as long as you’re doing that, you’re doing it right!
