I just had surgery yesterday. They had to remove a pilonidal cyst, which is located close to the tailbone. I now have a sizable hole at the very top of my butt because the doctor wouldn’t stitch it up, since it has to heal from the inside out. My fear is that once it’s healed, and I have a big scar, my boyfriend/dom will no longer love my butt. And in my haze of pain medicine last night I asked him and he said he would, but it’s going to be a big scar and I’m afraid he won’t once he sees it.
