Hi, um, I’m kind of new-ish to denial. It’s always been a fantasy, and oftentimes I would edge a few times before letting myself cum whenever I masturbated, but never have I been on an extended denial program. Well, I decided I wanted to be, so I discussed it with my Sir, who put me on a regimen. I edge twice a day, once when I wake up and once before I go to sleep, and if I forget to edge (like I did this morning) I don’t get to. It’s for a week. Is this a good starter regimen?

It’s really good! Honestly anything you can handle is great, you don’t need to over do it when trying out. However I’d suggest, if you can, to add one or two extra edges during the day, they can be very quick and you don’t even need to edge, just ‘top up’ but that’ll keep you feeling excited and horny through the day
