Hi James, I think I’d like to try to use edging as a motivator to lose weight. Not only is it exercise but I think the discipline of it will help. If you had any suggestions for either tasks or rules to follow that will help me to my ugw please let me know!

It sounds like you have a good approach – it’s definitely the developing of discipline and self control that has the most impact from edging and denial.
