I have two categories with this. The first is just ‘No Touch’ and means that you can’t play with your clit or pussy directly. However, everything else, including playing with your breasts, bottom and even grinding your pussy on objects through clothes is permissible, in fact, it’s encouraged.

Beyond that we have Strict No Touch which is when ALL physical stimulation is banned. I’ll often keep that as a punishment, while normal no touch is just a good mindfuck, designed to make you even hornier and just not let you do anything about it.
