My usual advice is to build up. So try a day, if that works and you like it, go for two days so that you experience overnight.
It needs to fit around your schedule, but you want a minimum of two edges a day, one before you get up and one last thing in bed. Three edges, so an extra one somewhere in the day makes it feel much kinkier and naughty. Four edges in a day is just awesome and a goal for a serious denial slut, and anything beyond that is just amazing.
Three days is a great target, and one that if you discover you love edging and denial is perfectly respectable to stay at and enjoy. It’s where I tend to find the whole ‘denial high’ sensation really starts to kick in.
If you discover you love how it feels, then a week is a great challenge. So try that next and see what works for you.
