Basically I follow a post of yours from a while ago that says I edge for half an hour, then I spin the wheel of denial and if it’s a no, I’m on no touch for 24 hours. I landed in no yesterday, and earlier (before the 24 hours were up) I found myself touching myself almost without thinking. What do I do to make up for this?

It becomes 24 hours no touch without panties, then 24 hours crotch roped, then it ups to 48 hours, then 48 hours without panties, etc, etc, etc
